Committee Work
4 hours of work every 4 weeks are required. Hours can be filled by working shifts on buying club delivery days, at outreach events, or by work in committees.

BANKING HOURS: Old work hours count! New work hours count! Any work you have done with the coop counts toward the work hour requirement. If you work more than the required 4 hours in a 4 week period, those hours will be “banked” toward future work hour requirements. Please use the work hours report form above to report your hours.

NEEDED: Coop Secretary
Website updates and reorganization, Newsletters, and Meeting Minutes. Attends all meetings, is in the google group and stays in the know. Graphics skill a plus. Train and work with any number of volunteers needed, and coordinate those efforts. This position needs to be filled. Please email if you are interested.

Searches and researches a home and storefront for the coop. Design and construction of space once found. Construction/acquisition/maintenance of current/new equipment and facilities.

Membership Committee
Keeps track of members, forms, work requirement, work available, fee payments, and member status. Manages distribution day schedule, volunteer work population (that’s everyone!), and communicates with members. Sourcing Committee
Chooses food sources and which items go in the ordering system. Writes descriptions in ordering system and uploads offerings. Tallies orders and places Coop order with various farmers and distributors. Provides appropriate information, spreadsheets and contact lists for distribution day.
